Once you fill out the booking form you will receive a free quote, Once the free quote is approved then you will Receive an invoice then your adventure begins

Once the form is submitted you will be sent an invoice detailing all charges confirming all times and dates. Nothing is final until invoice retainer is paid

SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 30 minutes of shooting time.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
